Below is the Export Stat’s graph for the first two months of the season.

Probably a little early to draw conclusions from this, as it will be influenced by the seasonality of wool types this early into the season.

 There are 2 newcomers to the top 15:

·       Czech Republic – which will be mainly greasy wool for Modiano’s combing mill, so they are likely to drop off as we get further into the season.

·       Mongolia. Not sure why that is shown separately from the China figures.

 Also worth a mention:

·       Total volumes exported In July/August was 14.7 million kgs, which was up 8.6% compared to the same period last season.
